Casa del Neri

Casa del Neri

This is the house where the last settler of Camporsevoli lived, whose name was, in fact, Neri. It was also the first independent house to be restored for the holiday farm activity and is therefore more representative of what transformed Camporsevoli into what we see today. Just outside the house, along the slope, lies the old wood stove where our father, Pier Francesco remembers the families that here baked bread every day.
Casa del Neri (250 m2, 2700 sq. ft), in the hamlet of Camporsevoli, has an exclusive outdoor area, furnished with deckchairs and tables in the shade of a large linden tree, perfect for relaxing, and a large wooden table for outdoor dining.
There are four comfortable bedrooms, two on each floor each with its own bathroom, which can sleep up to eight people. The kitchen and dining room are located on the first floor, while the living room is located downstairs, open to the outdoor space.
Both the dining room and the living room have a fireplace.
The pool at La Rotonda shared with the other houses in the hamlet (Canonica, Fattore and Attico) is just a few minutes’ walk, at the end of a splendid cypress lined path, which makes it extremely quiet and if you have children, far from any danger. Just below the pool, there is a pool house completed with a bathroom and spacious changing room – where you can leave bathing suits and towels.
