In The Kitchen

One of the founding members of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina, and president for many years, our grandfather Piero wrote a five volume cookbook dedicated to newly married women. He sadly passed away before his book could be published but his passion was nevertheless transmitted to his family and neighbors of Camporsevoli. Our dream was thus always to create a space in memory of his love for good food.

Dominated by a traditional beam structure, echoed by a wooden floor, the Granaio dining room and kitchen offers comfortable seating for up to 50 guests.

The open view kitchen, equipped with modern appliances in line with all the legal safety requirements, is an ample space for lessons and demonstrations.

We are committed to offering an authentic experience, sharing our love for Tuscan cooking, the joy of dining together and creating moments that will be forever engraved in one's memories. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the world famous Chianina beef, and various hand made pasta are just some examples of Tuscany’s bountiful cuisine.
