AGREEMENT FOR RENTALS IN CAMPORSEVOLI

Payment policy: we require a 30% deposit at the moment of the confirmation of the booking and the balance of the payment approximately 3 months before arrival. Once paid deposit and balance are not refundable. However we do commit, in case of cancellation, to try our best to re-sell the cancelled week. If we succeed we will refund whatever amount we manage to rent it out for (sometimes this needs to be a last minute special offer, thus at a lower price).
Check in and check out information:
Check in is between 4 and 7 pm, check out is by 10am. Alternate check in times can be agreed to depending on the schedule of the house. Lack of arrival before 7pm will result in not being able to check in until the following day.
We appreciate having your arrival information (flight numbers and arrival times) as well as , if available, a cellphone number that we can call which works in Italy. This will make our greeting you easier.
In order to complete check in, a safety deposit will be required (determined for each house separately) and payment of this is possible only in cash. Please be aware that not having the safety deposit ready will result in not being able to take possession of the house.
Upon check out any extra expense will be taken from the safety deposit. Previous-day check out can be agreed upon in case of departures before 8am.
Pets are welcome but only upon request
General information on the house:
  • 1) The house is a self catering property. This means that you will need to provide anything you might need during your stay. We will provide immediate necessities, such as personal/dish/laundry soaps, toilet paper, paper towels to see you through the first couple of days but once this is finished you will need to include these items in your general shopping.
  • 2) We provide one full set of bed, bath and pool linen. If an extra set will be needed, or if you have different guests during your stay, clean linen can be provided at an extra cost (see below in “additional services”).
  • 3) Heating expenses are not included: we will heat the house, if needed, before your arrival at 18°C. You will pay for the heating you will use during the week by ways of a meter counter checked upon arrival and departure. The price is of 4 euros/cubic meter.
  • 4) The house has DSL internet connection which is free and included in the rental price. Please be aware that we are in the countryside, on top of a rather remote hill, thus connection is not as efficient and fast as that you might expect in a city. It’s fine for emailing and overall web surfing but most of the time not enough to dowload movies or “heavier” things. Also, it’s based on a radio and satellite system which can have problems during or after thunderstorms. Please report any trouble after storms (or at any time!) so that we can do all we can to get it running as soon as possible.
  • 5) The house has a regular telephone line, metered by ways of a counter which we will mark upon check in and check out and charge accordingly.
  • 6) We can provide pack ‘n play baby beds and highchairs if needed, with no charge, just let us know in advance.
  • 7) The pool is not supervised and it is used at the clients own risk.

  • It is very dangerous to use the pool during thunderstorms
  • Upon your arrival at the pool for the first time, please make sure you locate the First Aid kit, the safety devices and the list of emergency numbers and also make sure that guests that will join you in the following days are familiar with these safety items.
  • No glass is allowed close to the pool. If glass breaks into the pool it will need to be emptied, cleaned and refilled at your expense.
